plaster on wall
At Vltavská, there are two crescent-shaped walls standing opposite one another that do not seem to protect anything significant in their midst. As I was passing the walls, it occurred to me that their true purpose is to allow people to loiter around. Which is what I proceeded to do with some interest, because crawling around things is what I like. To emphasize the sensation, I used a plastic template and plaster. I wanted the result to be linked to touch, so using the template I then created hollow shapes: on the convex sides, there emerged prolonged bulges reminiscent of swollen hyphens, while on the concave sides it was the opposite – as if cleft hyphens.
